If you have got the chance to read the book Rework, if might well be of one the best resolution to start the new year.
Don’t get me wrong meetings are an essential part of team works. However for meetings to be efficient, they needs to have clear goals (agenda), action items (next steps) and peoples’ accountable to bring them to fruition.
