I am a professor in the Department of Physics at Université Laval (part of Canada’s top 10 Research University) and a researcher at Quebec City University Hospital. I have been supervising undergrad and
graduate students for over 22 years now and have been involved is various activities related to research such as manuscript review for scientific journals and grant review panels.

Finally, I am also a father of two wonderful young adults, Alexandre and Catherine, and a young boy, Gabriel. I love jogging, skiing, skating, cycling and reading. According to my wife, I also cannot resist new high-tech gadgets.
